Boarding

 Built in 2002, our Clinic has facilities that are capable of housing dogs, cats and even horses.

The Cattery-is separate from the canine suites, so as not to stress our feline guests. We have adjoining condos, should you have more than one cat and would like them to share a three room suite. There is a large window where they can view the birds at the feeders just outside. We can easily house up to six cats, but also have over-flow cages available.

The Kennels-there are three different areas that we can house dogs in.  We have six runs available, five smaller suites, and inside stalls in the back for very large dogs, or a group setting.  All areas are climate controlled, (within the building.) Meals and beverages are served twice daily, with our food or yours. They are walked twice a day and given individualized attention several times throughout the day.Daily charts are kept on each pet’s health.  All areas are disinfected and kept neat, clean and odor free.Special requests for extra play time or other special services are welcome and can be discussed on an individual basis.

We can also accommodate horses for short term stays.

Immunization
All dogs must be currently vaccinated against rabies, distemper, parvo virus and bordetella bronchitis.  All cats must be currently vaccinated against rabies, feline distemper, rhinotrachetis, calici birus, pneunomitis, and feline leukemia.

Parasitic Prevention
All pets must be free of external parasites (fleas, lice and ticks) when admitted for boarding.  If parasites are present, your pet will be appropriately treated for these and an extra charge will be assessed.  Pets with contagious mange will be denied boarding privileges.

Veterinary services
Owners of pets with special needs should speak with one on the veterinarians before leaving their pet.  Services such as dental care, routine surgery, comprehensive exams, vaccinations and laboratory work can be conveniently provided during your pet’s stay.

(except for major holidays)

Monday-Friday   8 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday            7 am to 1 pm

Reservations are recommended.  Our boarding kennel has a lot of guests, especially during holidays.  During holiday weekends, please call early for reservations to assure yourself an opening.If you must cancel your reservations, please do so 48 hours prior to the admissions date.
